If you know nothing about sailing, still get confused between your port and starboard, or the last time you sailed was when you were a kid - we offer individualised training for youths and adults for $80 on Sunday mornings, including boat hire and joining in the racing afterwards if you like.

If you've reviewed our Learn to Sail information page - then you have all the information you need.

Below is a copy of that information for your quick reference.

Learn to Sail session

Our Learn to Sail program is based upon the experiential learning cycle.
We’ll assess you to find out what you need more of.
And we will customise the training based upon what you need to know plus your preferred pace.

Our Learn to Sail sessions use off-the-beach monohull boats, which is known as "dinghy" sailing.

We also do Learn to Sail sessions for those wishing to sail off-the-beach catamarans. For booking these, use the same Learn to Sail session event booking, and let us know in your booking that catamarans are your preference.
