CYC is an Incorporated Body and complies with all requirements of the Association Incorporation Act. We operate in accordance with a Code of Conduct, we have a Risk Management Policy and Plan in place and a separate Child Protection Risk Management Strategy. Each year we obtain a permit from Marine Safety Queensland to conduct races in the areas of the bay adjacent to the club.
